Commercial Capital Training Group’s 4th annual reunion conference took place at Trump National Doral In Miami, FL October 16th – 18th and it was a conference like no other. With over 800 in attendance it was an educational packed two and a half days where CCTG graduates and over 150 lenders come together to continue education,

network and keep up to date on exciting changes in our industry. Every year CCTG carefully selects graduates that deserve acknowledgment based on their performance, integrity and achievements in the market. This year we had two CCTG graduates that won our “Rookie Of The Year” award and our prestigious “Broker Of The Year” award.

Jonathan Baldwin of Arizona, a ex NFL player who was drafted in the first round to the Kansas City Chiefs and played for a number of years attended CCTG just 9 months ago and won this year’s Rookie Of The Year award. This award is given to a graduate who demonstrates high performance and success in their first year of business. Jonathan has closed almost $100 Million dollars in transactions and even made $900,000 on one deal in the last three months. His dedication and determination to his finance business has been nothing short of amazing. We congratulate Jonathan and his much deserved success as we continue to support his business in the many years to come.

This year’s Broker Of The Year Award went to Tim Maloney out of Syracuse, NY. This award is not only based on the financial success a broker has but overall dedication and superb conduct to the industry and willingness to help others. This award demonstrates brokers who have continued to operate their businesses with the upmost integrity. Tim has been operating his commercial finance business for over 4 years now and despite his growth and rise to success Tim always finds the time to help and mentor other upcoming and new brokers.
